We can get most Heartwood items laser engraved for you with a logo at no additional charge on orders of 50 or more of a single item. We can have most other items engraved for an additional cost of $10-$15 per item.

	The lead time for orders of 50 or more of a single item is at least 2 - 3 weeks, depending on the item you want.
	Special orders are non-cancelable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Sorry! We do not make single custom reproductions of any puzzle. But feel free to call to our attention any puzzle you’d like to see us add to our lines.

Advertising and Promotion Agencies:
Cleverwood is primarily a retailer selling directly to the public. We are a three person company and are not set-up to serve the needs of agents. We process orders - we don’t make deals. In the past we have had many frustrating and unrewarding experiences when trying to serve agents and their clients. We understand that we can’t serve 100% of the puzzle market, and so we don’t try to do so.
Nevertheless, we have had some satisfactory sales with agencies, and we will be willing to work with you as long as you recognize our limitations ~
• Please don't ask for samples, prototypes, specification sheets, proposals, bids, etc. If you really want 300 of an item then order them. Or buy a (non-returnable) sample.
• Please use our order form or email to communicate. We need to keep our phone lines free for retail customers.
•The discount is 15% for 50 or more of a single item. If you want 1,000 of a single item the discount will be 25%.
• Cleverwood does not extend credit - we don’t carry accounts so we can’t bill you. Your bank card is welcome.
