| We welcome your email messages. We enjoy answering your
questions, and are happy that you are interested in our puzzles and other items. But the
demands on our time continue to grow. Were especially busy during the holiday gift
giving season. Please keep the following things in mind before e-mailing us:
 | Cleverwood does not produce any of the items sold on the
website, we are simply a retailer of the fine wooden goods that we carry. Due to this
fact, we are unable to answer any questions concerning the finer points of puzzle
construction or any information in relation to woodworking. |
 | As a retailer, we are unable to provide custom work (other
than laser engraving on large orders of 20 or more items). We may be able to point you in
the direction of a wood working artist who would be able to assist you, but we can make no
guarantee. Unfortunately, in our experience most skilled woodworkers are occupied by their
own designs leaving little time for custom work. -For great custom laser engraving

 | This message form goes directly to Cleverwood and is not
connected in any way to any of the artists or manufacturers that we feature on her site.
If you are trying to get hold of any of these folks, please note that this e-mail will not
get to them. |
 | Almost all the questions we are asked are already answered on
our Frequently Asked Questions page. Before you send us a message
please check to see if it is already been answered on the FAQ. We can no longer personally
respond to questions that have already been answered on the FAQ page. |
We will respond to all other questions as soon as possible.
