Barrel PuzzleThe Barrel of Diogenes is a variation of the Barrel kumiki puzzles. Like them, this is an interlocking solid puzzle. The challenge is in putting it together - taking it apart isn’t too difficult.

This Barrel Puzzle is made of dark Samena hardwood and has 12 pieces. Many pieces are made from one piece of wood. Others are glued together. The puzzle works well and feels nice in your hands.

While the wood grain and color of the pieces don’t match, this puzzle still looks good on display.

We rate this puzzle to be of Moderate difficulty. To see this puzzle taken apart, click here - then use your browser’s “Back” button to return to this page.

Here’s the maker’s description:

This tricky wooden puzzle consists of twelve parts forming a barrel. Once the cube has been put into pieces the player needs much skill and patience in order to reassemble it. Have much fun and patience!
