23 Move 6 Sun Zougan Boxes

Back by popular demand, the 23 Move 6 Sun Zougan Art Boxes. These new boxes are incredible with extremely smooth working mechanisms and superb finishes - every thing we have come to expect from Izumiya Studios. These big beautiful boxes are made by master craftsman Goto-san and bears his “hanko” mark on there inside of the lids. The Izumiya hanko is Izumiya_Mark.jpg (6646 bytes) also present.

They are surprisingly difficult at 23. This is due to the fact they feature split sliding panels on either end. The most attractive portions of these boxes has to be the Zougan Art used on each box's top (and bottom in some cases) . The designs very from a lovely Japanese landscape to a Akaasa and Kuroasa Ribbon. The wood used in each picture is top quality, and you see it! See below for pictures of each.

Each box comes packaged in a pressboard gift box along with opening instructions.

Utamaro-Aged Katsura

This gorgeous puzzle is one of the nicest Japanese puzzle boxes we have ever seen here at Cleverwood. The Zougan are on the lid is top quality, and pure walnut-like wood panels finish off the other five sides of the box. If you are looking for a top quality collectable look no farther!
